Carmen Rodriguez 83 of St. Petersburg, passed away Monday Oct. 15, 2007. She was born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico, and came here in 1998. She was a homemaker. She is survived by 3 daughters, Isabel Martinez of St. Petersburg, Sonia Valentin of Puerto Rico, Mildred Valentin of Orlando, a son, William Valentin of Yonkers, N.Y., a sister, Candita Rodriguez of Puerto Rico, 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
