Charles F. Gibbs, Jr. 90 of St. Petersburg passed away Friday Sept. 21, 2007. He was born in Manhattan, N.Y. and was an over 50 year area resident. He was a retired purchasing agent for Eckerd College. He was the beloved father of Charles R.Gibbs, and Carol E. Gibbs both of St. Petersburg.
