Gigi Stengard

Stengard, Gigi 69 of Gulfport died Thursday, July 5, 2007 at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in Falun, Sweden she moved here in 1992 from Fremont, California. She was a high school teacher in Sweden from 1961 until 1972. She was Executive Director in Sweden responsible for the high school exchange student program. She also taught world civilization at Ohlone College in Sweden. Locally she was an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College for almost 13 years. She also was a volunteer at Hospice and Bayfront Medical Center and was a member of the Florida Orchestra Guild. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. Peter
